• Initial unboxing and setup of your new laptop, desktop, or tablet device.
• We will configure your operating system with users and passwords for multi-user devices. (Tablets are typically single-user)
• Perform an initial optimization by removing unnecessary software typically installed by the manufacturer. We will review all removals with you before completion.
• Connect your new system to your existing internet provider.
• Run all system updates and configure for automatic updates.
• Setup and configure two e-mail accounts.
• Install up to three software titles of your choice. You must purchase these ahead of time.
• Install one printer.
• Review security best practices.

Home Computer or Tablet Setup Service with data transfer includes:

• Up to 100 gigabytes of data transfer from a functional existing device.
• Transfers from non-functional devices may be possible for an additional charge. The extra charge is refundable if we are unable to recover your data.
