If you are having trouble with your current printer, we can help diagnose the issue and get you printing again soon. Once the problem is identified, we’ll get your printer working properly as soon as possible.
Printer Setup or Trouble Shooting

- This service includes setup or troubleshooting the functionality of one (1) printer and up to three (3) devices.
- For new printer setup, we will connect your printer to your network, wired or wireless, and perform any updates required. All you need to provide is the printer, paper, and ink.
- Not sure which printer to buy? Check our list of recommended printers.
- For existing printer troubleshooting, we will perform diagnostic checks on your printer, install any software updates, and determine if there are any jams or shortages of paper, ink or toner.
- As printer repairs can sometimes involve replacement parts, a return trip charge may be required in addition to the cost of the parts.
After purchase, we will contact you within one business day to review your needs and schedule your appointment.
If you wish to connect your printer via USB, be sure to add a USB printer cable to your cart. Most printers do not come with a cable.
